If you wish to raise a claim of copyright infringement, please submit your notice to [email protected]. Please ensure that your notice includes the following:
a physical or electronic signature of the owner of the copyrighted work or an agent of that owner;
identification of the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed;
identification of the allegedly infringing material sufficiently precise to allow Avinode to locate that material;
adequate information by which Avinode can contact the owner, including postal address, telephone number, and email address;
a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or the law;
a statement that the information in the Notice is accurate; and
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
